The Cardiology Service is led by Prof. Dr. Marco Valgimigli with the collaboration of Prof. Giulio Conte, Dr. Laura Anna Leo, Dr. Andrea Menafoglio, Dr. Giorgio Moschovitis, Dr. Francesca Scopigni and PD Dr. Daniel Sürder.

Cardiothoracic and vascular surgery

Cardiac surgery is directed by Prof. Dr. Stefanos Demertzis with the collaboration of Prof. Dr. Enrico Ferrari (deputy chief) and Dr. Tiziano Torre.
Thoracic surgery is directed by Prof. Dr. med. Stefano Cafarotti, with the collaboration of PD Dr. Miriam Patella.
Vascular surgery will be introduced soon.

Anaesthesia and Intensive Care

The Cardioanesthesia and Intensive Care Service is directed by Prof. Dr. Gabriele Casso with the collaboration of Dr. Bruno Capelli, Dr. Patrick Scharpf, Dr. Hervé Schlotterbeck and PD Dr. Gabriele Via.
